ASP.NET MVC Training Kit

Microsoft has released an ASP.NET MVC Training kit which can be downloaded from here. I have not tried it myself, but it sounds like it could be a good entry point for new ASP.NET MVC developers...

"The ASP.NET MVC Training Kit includes presentations, hands-on labs, demos, and event materials. This content is designed to help you learn how to utilize ASP.NET MVC."
